What is the name of your state? Kentucky

I was convicted of felony theft in 2000 and was placed on probation and ordered to pay restitution plus supervison fee and processing fees. I recently made my final payment and was notified by the clerk that I still owed a fee to the state (5 percent of restitution). I asked P.O about this and she said it was exactly that, a state fee. Problem is, this is not where found in the very detailed final judgment that the judge signed off on. Do I have a right to dispute is fee?
