A few friends get together to play poker. We do play for money, small stakes. We play with chips so a cop can't look in the door and say we're gambling. Do you have access to the exact statutes that would regulate this? I've seen them on gambling promotion and aggravated gambling promotion but I think that has to do mainly with the host.
I'm just talking about me showing up to their house and playing. Can I be cited for gambling at our small home game? Is playing with chips enough to get by with it instead of having cash on the table? Thanks for your help!
