Two adult children reside with their elderly parents who also own the home. Another sibling is a homeowner. If there is no will when both parents pass on, who assumes ownership of the house?

Absent any specific title 'style' (JTROS, etc.), the result of the death of one would be exactly as now.... except the decedents estate takes ownership of his/her share.
