my renters of two years have poured acid on
the coils of the furnice and now its not
repairable- the condnsation from the central
air has rotted the flooring and walls and is
getting to the breaker box- i have a 60.00
service charge and a unit that has to be
replaced, floors and walls that have to be
replaced due to them puring acid and it eating the pan out from under neath the
unit and they are harrasing me to have all
this fixed even though its their fault! ive
had the air unit fixed 6 times this summer
because they a) took the filter off and the
coils got clogged with dirt b) they reversed the wireing and burnt up the fan motor now
they ve done this! their lease states they
are responsible for all repairs to heating,
air, appliances, ect. they ruined the brand new living room suit,t.v. , vcr, microwave,
portable dish washer,dressers,holes are in
the sheet rock, door jams are torn up, i had
to haul off their junk, trash, ect so the next
door neighbors would quit complaining, they
parked a small camper in the front yard of
all places and hooked it to the main breaker
and i had to have it replaced because it over powered and burnt the main breaker up- can i
eveict them and make them pay damages? how
do i do this? how long will they get to stay
after papers are served? this is the first time i ever rented my other home because we bought a new one and decided to rent that one
as a means of extra income and the fact that they dont make land anymore. please help im

Quite simply you hire a real estate attorney to file eviction against the tenants and kick their sorry asses out of the property. Along with the eviction the attorney will also ask the court for specifed or to be determined damages. Next time take immediate action and inspect the property often.
