What is the name of your state?nevada/arkansas
When I lived in Arkansas for a year I was issued 4 or 5 traffic tickets. I was making payments on them when financial difficulties forced me to move back to Nevada. This left some of those tickets unpaid. When I got back on my feet I called Arkansas to see about resuming payments to them but the lady i spoke to told me no, I had to appear before the judge. Now Nevada will not issue me a license until I clear up this matter in AR. I have 3 young children and getting to AR is not feasible . How else can I clear this up?
