What is the name of your state? FL and OH

A very green question, but here goes:

Two companies, A & B.

Company A provides CONTENT for a new wireless information service.

Company B provides the DELIVERY mechanism for the CONTENT.

Service is being promoted in the name of Company A.

Company B insists on handling subscriptions, and thus, the incoming dollars.

Company A has been screwed with such arrangements in the past and refuses to let it happen again.

Company A seeks 3rd party to handle the incoming dollars and weekly or monthly, divide the funds and cuts a check to A & B.

Can a lawyer be hired for something like this, or is this something handled by an accounting firm?
