What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? New York

I have read that a notary public should not be one of the parties or biased in favor of one of the parties in a property contract.

If the notary public is the attorney for a trustee during probate and also signs a property deed (as notary public) where the trustee is Party2 for sale of trust property is there something unethical/illegal with this? If so what are the consequences?

different question, different notary public, same trustee:

If a notary public is a trustee of an estate, borrows money from the estate to mortgage some property, is Party2 in a mortgage of property contract and also is the person that notarizes the contract is there something unethical/illegal with any of this?
thank you,
Laura
