my fiance's ex refuses to move out of a home that we own outright. He moved in january although he left quite a few personal belongings physically he moved. at that time he requested that she move. she refused. there has been no rent no utilities no deposetes paid in the almost 2 years she has been there. TERMINATION OF TENANCY p[apers have been served. EVECTION notices have been served. all to no avail. the neighbors all abhore her as she has caused an extreme nuisance in the park. we currently so not have the money for an unlawful detainer and a no contact order is not an option at this point. she also has caused quite a bit of damage to the home. we rent the space but own the home outright help what is the fastest and least expensive means by which to evict her? washington state

File the unlawful detainer pro se if you can not afford an attorney.
