In Washington State a county is holding a tax foreclosure sale. On one piece of unimproved land there are several owners, including one who holds a life estate interest in the property. When the property is sold for taxes, does that extinguish the rights of the life estate holder?
Thanks

Yes. The Trustee's or Commisssioners deed will transfer the property free and clear of any life estate or any other ownership interest of the previous owners.
