Tenants house is being sold by landlord. The tenants are disabled senior citizens on a fixed income with no savings and are registered with protective services, and recieve food stamps. They live on premises on a month to month basis. They have been living here for the last 15 years. the house is a five room apartment over a store. Need legal advice and want to know the tenants legal rights.

Legal rights about what? The m/m lease can be cancelled by L as long as proper legal notice is given.
