What is the name of your state?
-INDIANA

Is it legal to use the word "realtor" in my company name and website URL even though neither myself nor my partner are licensed realtors?

AS stated, Realtor is a trademarked word.. I deal with many RE professionals (especially commercial) who are not realtors, and they simply use a different word in their name, such as John Jones Real Estate Company, or John Jones Real Estate Group, etc.
