me and my husband s lease ends dec 1 2000 we had signed a lease that starts on dec1 2000 and i was wondering if we could still be held liable for that because my husbands father has been sick for sometime and now he needs someone to take care of him and i called to talk to my landlord but said we were still held liable also our bedroom window doesnt open i have tried to get them to come fix it and i was wondering could we get outof the lease because of the unsafe living condtition

Yes you are still liable and no for the window.
