Attempting to expunge

I am starting the process to expunge my record. In 1992 I was found guilty of FS948.06 (this statute number is not even used any more!) Lewd Act with a person under the age of 16. I was only 17 when everything happened. Adjudication was withheld and I completed all probation and Community Service as specified by the court. Will FDLE turndown my application to expunge my record?

Any help would be great.

Read through the material. Since this was a crime against a minor it may not be able to be expunged.

i saw a book in the library called how to clean your record, i think. it tells how you can clean your record even of felony convictions. after cleaning 6 felony convictions the author is even now allowed to own firearms.
