ARKANSAS What is the name of your state?Arkansas

:) Hello,
Purchased a property from the State. This property had been to tax sale (auction) and no one bid on it. I discovered it because it is adjacent to a house I purcahsed. I made a bid, it was acccepted and I acquired a Limited Warrenty Deed from the state. Are there any restriction to resaling the property? Thanks for your input, carla

All property taxes concerning the real estate will be paid at closing.....no exemptions.

If you are the owner....you can sell the property, unless restricted by the deed or title.
