What is the name of your state?I live in the state of Indiana and was charged for receiveing stolen property. I destroyed the object when i got it . the charges were Obstruction of Justice, on my sentecing date the judge gave me 4 years, the person who stole the object only recieved 1 year unsupervised probation. something is wrong with this court system. don't you think?

yes. but is that why you posted to ask what we thing of the court system? did they know for a fact that you were the one distroyed the item?
