What is the name of your state? Louisiana

I have been operating my small residential renovation business as a DBA but will soon be getting my state residential general contractor's license. I am a small business right now but I will be getting into building homes, doing large remodeling projects, and hopefully growing the company. Would you recommend that I form an LLC or incorporate as perhaps an S-Corp or even something else? Thanks for any input and advice.

Thanks for the reply. I do know that I need to incorporate my business. The question is which entity would be best and why?
