As a member of a homeowner's association, what legal options are available to force a Board of Directors to enforce and comply with the Associations by-laws and covenants? What type of attorney would handle this, if there are any options?
Example: Parking on common area
I have written to the Board, complained, and nothing has been done. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Contact a real estate attorney that specializes in condo association matters. You may also want to do a search on the Community Association Institute website for further info. www.caionline.com
