A friend here in Virginia is living with her fiance in the house he bought in 1999...her name is not on the deed...but she has been contributing to the mortgage payments for about 1 year. They are getting married in about five months. How can she have her name added to the deed now in order to protect her financial interests in the property?

Have him sign a Quit Claim Deed to transfer his interest to him and her.
