What is the name of your state? Missouri

I recently purchased a home and titled it in my name. I want to change the title to my name transferable on death to my three children to avoid probate. What is the procedure for doing this? Thanks :confused:

**A: get a trust attorney to help you. If the children are minors, putting them on a deed now is too risky.
