What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? New York My mother currently owns a building inBrooklyn, with her sister, under right of survivorship. I heard it is possible to change this to tenants-in-common so that my sister and myself may inherit her half if she dies before my aunt. Is this valid in New YOrk state?
