What is the name of your state? New Jersey

We are about 2 years into our 10 year lease on a commercial property and now the owner wants to sell. We feel the "FOR SALE" signs in front of our leased property are hurting our business. Is there anyway to have the sign's removed? We'd like to research our rights before approaching discussing our intentions with the owner.

**A: the property owner has the right to have the signs there.
