What is the name of your state? Illinois
If a woman who knowingly has an STD, does not inform her partner who is also a woman prior to having unprotected sex, can the partner sue? Is there any legal action that can be taken? If so what catagory of law would it fall under? Where does she start? Can the medical records of the woman with the STD be subpoenaed?

You would need to prove that she knew. Simple answer, but very true.

prove she knew

you'd also have to prove she didn't tell the other woman if you want to press charges. she might say she did tell her. you might be able to supeana the medical records but i'm not sure what the laws are like in IL.
