What is the name of your state? NY

I just moved to NJ from NYC (about a month ago) and was stopped 200 miles from home in NYS (near Binghamton NY) and written a ticket for 81 in a 65 zone.

Should I just plead guilty and pay the fine (don't know what the $ amount is yet) and then just apply for my NJ license and hope the points don't carry over.

My main concern is the points and I'd be happy paying a higher fine to avoid points.

The court is 200 miles from home and I really want to avoid doing a 400 mile round trip just to show up in court.

Thanks in advance,
