Rental Property and Realtor

I have a house for rent in Utah. I chose a realtor to manage the property and rent it for me. They have only advertisd the property one time and don't seem to have an interest. The contract was for one year but can I get out of it due to their poor results?

Send a letter of termination and hire a new rental agent.
