Can you tell me if someone files an abstract of Judgment against you can they garnish your wages? Or is this lien just towards property. I no longer own the property in question.

The abstract has nothing to do with any wage garnishment action that they might take.

Again, the abstract has nothing to do with wage garnishment. The judgment creditor has the right to garnish simply from the judgment itself.
