Hi Tracey,
Its been a while since I've been on here.
Working a lot.
IM the person with the landlords crazy father Marco.
Well he never cashed the rent check for Oct.
IM afraid hes not going to cash the next one, and we will end up in court.
We had a years lease when we first moved in, but when that expaired, he told us we can go month to month, he would drop by with a new one, 3 years later no lease. Where in Ohio,
what is going to happen if he doesent cash the next check I send him? By the way, any free time we have wev'e been looking for another place to live, kinda hard in this area. Would like to buy a home, but our credit isnt the best and were in the mist of fixing it. Just thought Id tell you that, IM sure you were wondering why we didnt just buy a home and say the hell with the renting BS?
Any advice about this crazy L?
I should have never told his father to stop mowing the lawn, huh LOL
