I'm starting a new website that primarily sells ads to local merchants. I have little operating costs and will generate cash from the merchants. Is it worthwhile (because of the costs/taxes) to incorporate? If so, do I have to do it in North Dakota since I live here, or can I choose another state since the business will be entirely online and I will be providing no "physical" services?
Any help would be VERY appreciated, thanks!!
