I was recently charged with simple assault. I had a verbal confortation with a gas station owner who called the police. I lost my temper and told the police I would kick his but to. I lost my temper. I have been taking medicine for stress and depression. I faled to take it for a few days wanting to get off and I think this may have been a factor. I am remourceful about the situation but can not turn back the clock. It was poor behavior like a child. Question : What is my likely punishment?
