What is the name of your state? ARIZONA
This a long & complicated story, but I will get straigt to the point. Back in 1991 CPS was trying to terminate the custody of my daughter after fighting to get her back since 1999. I was told this was it I didnt have a choice even though I had done everything and then some to get her back. They did numerous illegal things then, but I didnt fully understand how they could get away with it, trust me it was worse than a brick wall. Any how the foster parents started making contact w/me in the last 2 years of this battle with out the state knowing. The soon realize how much they had been lied to by the state, along with what they were doing to me. We decided before the supposed last hearing to term my rights, I would sign for them to directley sign for them to adopt her so that they could raise her and she would have full contact w/our family they even lived a few blocks away from us!!!
After I sign the papers to let them directly adopt her, cause I refused to give the State custody. The state found out that a respide place ( were kids can go for aday or more when a foster parent needs a place for them to say temp. for emergency ect.) she had only stayed at one time had been molested by the son of the caretaker she was only 4 at time. Because her foster mom broke down crying w/amanda and told the caseworker she had also been molested at a young age the case worker pulled her out of the home temp. so she could get help for herself because she couldnt help amanda when she didnt even get help for herself over 40 years ago. Two wks later the told her the adoption was on hold until she completed what the gave her to do, counseling ect... she did everything they asked. Again 2 wks later they told her the adoption was stopped and amanda wouldnt be coming back. She had a Attorney but it didnt help. The temp. home where she was placed w/a specialist who wanted to adopt her, not to metion she was a single lesbine ( I dont have an issue w/peoples personal perferances, but I strong believe that children need to be in a regular home w/a male & female, or a single mother. She doesnt have any kids, she had given her own daughter of for adoption. But she has alot of pull in the state dept of CPS)
They told them I had signed to the State and not them.
Unfortantly the paper they gave her was just given to me 14 years later. To me it is the most ILLEGAL PIECE OF PAPER I HAVE EVER SEEN, there are 2 pieces of paper the 1st is just a regular paper you would use in your printer. There is no State of Arizona VS My Name in reguard to my daughters name like there is on every other paper in the who file. It basic is signing my rights away & on it is a signature. But that signature IS NOT MINE.... next the second paper which could be added to any paper, says the State of Az. VS ect on it says: Subscribed, Sworn too and Acknowledge before me this 19th day of April, 1991, by Rose X. XXXXXXXX (my name)
There signature (which is all loops, totally unreadable.) Under the signature says: NOTARY PUBLIC.
under that it says in typying " My Commission Expires:
then in handwritting it says: April 20,1995.
There is NO Name of the person who signed it, No Official stamp or anything & its dated 1 day after I supposedley signed this.
The stopped her adoption on Illegal documents.
I no its 14 years later but is there anything I can do about this?
Where can I get my signature verfied for proof to my daughter I didnt sign this? Please help me with any suggestions, Thank you, Rose
