we purchased a lot and built a house in a subdivision which is not a homeowners association. The developer sold lots acre plus. with resitrictions of coventional house or mobile home 24ft wide and 1000ft or more. Now the developer is rezoning part of the subdivision with approval of board of supervisivors as residential rv subdivision. we were not notified
of the rezoning because of the 300 ft rule which states that only residents
within 300 ft be notified. living in a subdivision that part of it is being impacted by four times the traffic and recreational vehicles and not
having any say as to how it affects our quality of life makes us feel we have no rights as property owner . Do we have any recourse or rights in this matter? Is there a breach of contract between the developer and us? Did the zoning board violate any laws pertaining to the zoning?
