I'm in need of advise. I was helping out my girl friend's parents' restaurant one day since i was hanging out there. There was an operation check on selling alcohol to minor. I have no idea that i need to check ID before serving it...and yes i did serve it. The next thing i know was the cops came in and telling me i'm having a criminal charge and i am supposed to wait for a letter and go to court. What should i do? and what are the charges going to be like? Please Help.
