Can I sublet and then evict

If I sublet to another tenant and I don't live there and then the tenant I subletted to doesn't pay rent. What can I do to get the person out without the ownwer finding out. State-California

No, I don't have written permission to sublet.

First you are the owner, then are not the owner then you are. First I give you a reponse then I don't, then I think about it.
