What is the name of your state?

I am from Louisiana

Not sure if I am in the right place for this or not, but hopefully some of you can help me.

I was married for 20 yrs. We have now been divorced 13yrs.
Now my former husband plans on remarring in a couple of weeks.
Because of the time of the divorce I was very nieve, or just plain stupid
there was never a property settlement done. We owned 44 acres of land
the title of this land is in 4 names former husbamd, mine, and his parents.
what I want to know is if I have any rights to claim my 1/4 and have it turned over to me?

Also there was never any thing in our divorce settlement about his retirement
after all this time can I still claim 1/2 of his retirement when the time comes?

If this was never addressed in the divorce then yes, you still own 1/4 of the property. However, you yourself stated that you were naive about the divorce, so there is at least some chance that you may have signed something relinquishing ownership. Consult an attorney.
