I bought my car out of state in June of '99. I wasn't sure how to go about paying for tax, liscense, and title, so I never did. What should I do. I will be cool if there is only a fine, but will there be jail time. I need to know BAD!!!

I bought the car in Indiana, and brought it into Michigan.
