I am 18 years old and was in an accident I
went through a red light and hit a car My
head wen through the windshield and I had
no insurance on the car. I was given a
ticket for drivng with no license, running
a red light, and driving with no insurance.
I had serious injures but the other lady
did not her car was just messed up What is
it gonna look like when I go to court. Can
I get jail time. Should I hurry up and get
my license before I go to court? Help
Please..

What you need is a local lawyer to defend you who can hold down the scope of charges and likely punishment to get this behind you.

A lot depends on your background and record and the exact facts.

Getting a license and insurance now will not exonerate you for the past actions.
