I may have an warrent on theft charges, but am not ready to take care of it. Can I renew my driver's license without being arrested? (state of WA) Thanks so much for the advice.

They can arrest you at anytime, and you are not ready to "take care of it"? If someone is looking for you they may arrest you when you renew, but maybe they won't have flagged it.
