I got a ticket for making a left turn when the light was changing,at a busy intersection where there is no red light turn; two or three cars made the turn, I was the last one. Suddenly I heard a siren and realized it was a policeman, not in a policecar, but his own. I pleaded not guilty, because there is no way to make that turn, but when the light is changing. What are my chances of winning? I am supposed to get the ticket back and to take it with me to the hearing. What happens if I do not get it back?

The "everyone else did" it is No excuse. It is your word vs. the cops. Hope he fails to show up in court.
