(west texas) I am in a LLC with one person (salon) . We are both married. . We have not agreed on business matters. My partners husband phoned my husband to tell him that the "men" should take over and make the decisions. Can her husband make this decison w/out my consent? My husband said that he has has his own career .The salon business is mine. THe men did not sign the paperwork -ie: LLC, lease agreement, deposits for utilities and so forth. what are my rights ? does her husband have the power to make decisions?
