I got a ticket for failure to yield at a stop sign. The ticket has my make of truck as a 2000; I was driving a 97. Is this worth pleading not guilty about and showing the judge, or is that just going to tick him/her off? I don't dispute the violation.

First, just to make this clear, you "stop" at a "stop sign", you "yield" at a "yield sign." Anyway, the answer to your question is no. If you ask for a trial, the cop will take the stand, testify that it was an error, and the judge will order that the ticket be changed to reflect "1997" and conform to the proof.
On another note, check out my listing under "For all of us Knuckleheads" and see what you think.
