HELP-I AM TIRED OF MY HUSBAND COMING HOME SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK, AFTER BEING LURED INTO A LOCAL TAVERAN, THIS DRINKING ESTABLISHMENT PROMOTES DIFFERANT KINDS OF POOLS, SUCH AS FOOTBALL, HORSERACING, NASCAR ETC. OFTEN TIMES LIQUOR FLOWS FREELY ALONG WITH THE CONVERSATION OF BETTING ON THESE RACES. MY QUESTION IS... IF A ACCIDENT WERE TO OCCUR WHILE DRIVING HOME FROM THIS BAR, THAT CAUSED INJURY TO HIM OR ANOTHER, COULD THAT ESTABLISHMENT BE HELD SOMEWHAT RESPONSIBLE FOR NOT REFUSING HIM THE DRINKS. I HAVE SPOKEN TO THE OWNER SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE TOLD HIM, OF MY CONCERNS, ABOUT SERVING TO SOMEONE WHO HAS HAD TOO MUCH TO DRINK.
