I was going according to the officer 98 in the 55 mph zone......in all honesty, I was going 93......like it makes a difference at that speed.......but I was late for work....anyway, I had just written the message before this one.......and is there a way to plead that you would rather pay a big fine instead of jail time

The Kennedy's do it all the time !! But, for you and me, no. Since you have an attorney, I will defer to his/her wisdom, and I urge you to consult your attorney on this, and your previous questions.
