Our 17 year old son (who has a junior license in Monroe County, NY, and does not have his blue card) was issued a speeding ticket (53 in 35) after 9:00 pm . He received a ticket for speeding, and another for driving out of class. What are the consequences he faces, and would it be helpful for us to contact a lawyer before his court appearance?
