Had to read your last post-speeding in school zone, before answering.
Although the clerks know me, I'm not one, I've got enough trouble with an ex- to keep my file on the desk, Until recently, I logged 200,000 miles a year, and still haven't seen it all, and I agree, if a citation can be 'fought' and won, do it,but not If it'll cost 'em 1-2 days pay, if in fact a belt was worn.
I was trying to make some sense out of a court summons where the cop would get more for overtime, than it's worth.
Incidentally, I beat a school zone ticket, but that's another story.
