In the military married in AZ but reside in CA,
Is there a form a premartial agreement that may be done after wedding. A co-current agreement that finacially seperates my wifes assets/debts from my own. Can it be written to date back to the day of marriage.

If there is, it is not a premarital agreement since the marriage has already happened. Maybe a post-nuptial agreement? And I doubt it could be back dated to the date of marriage, if such a document exists. There is no form that I'm aware of, you need an attorney to draft an agreement.
