#1. Can a low income person plead not guilty to driving while suspended and ask for a court appointed attorney? #2. Does asking for a trial make it harder or easier to win? (note: the judge is notoriously mean to hispanics and I am one).
#3. Can a person take a signed "not guilty" ticket to court a hour before scheduled to appear to avoid standing in line to appear before the judge? (note: the Oregon ticket only says that the signed ticket has to be there before the court date). Thank you so much for any insight!
