In Ga. if you are under the age of 21 and are speeding over 24 miles over the speed limit, you automatically loose your license for 6 months. I was paced at 25 miles an hour, I pleaded not guilty, I want to fight it but I dont know help. Can they suspend my license if they paced me at 25, will it hold up?
