I went to court over my DWS and in the report the prosecuting attorney read, the suspension was found out during a routine traffic stop....Was it routine? I mean he waited until I was in the drive then he asked me flat out, " are you driving on a suspended license?" He said nothing else first like, can I see your license, or you were speeding....nothing like that... I don't understand how what he did is considered a routine traffic stop....

This is a non issue. We know your new neighbor is a jerk (the bas*ard cop)- - that's a given. How did it go in court, though?
