I was pulled over for going 50 in a 35mph zone. I don't think I was speeding. It was dark at night, and the car in front of me was white, which is the same color of my car. The cop pulled me over and the first thing he said was "did you know your brake light is out?" I said "really?" He old me to hit my brakes and when both worked, he said "Oh it looked like before, one of your lights was out." I think he probably pulled the wrong car over. Do I have any arguments in court to use? How should I go about fighting this ticket?
