Mesquite,Texas Yesterday I was going south to the VA Hospital on I-635 , considered Dallas,Texas , and while going through Mesquite on I-635 in rush hour traffic with the speed limit of 65 was doing 75 to avoid 3 other vechiles erract driving who were doing 72 as the "Officer" told me I got stopped. I was speeding !!! Can the CITY of Mesquite stop and give traffic violations to drivers traveling the INTERSTATE 635 LOOP around Dallas ??? I can understand the County Law or Highway Patrol stopping people.
