misdemeanors and the charges were dropped but the state of AZ can pick the charges up within 7 yrs and they do so in less than a yr. The person is told they may have to do 5-6 years of time
incarcerated by their public defender would it be wise of this person to hire a personal lawyer to get less time or probation.
